Responsibilities:
- Design and implement innovative pricing models that align with ThriveCart’s value proposition and business goals.
- Conduct competitive analyses to ensure ThriveCart’s pricing remains market-competitive and customer-friendly.
- Develop frameworks for introducing new pricing structures, promotions, or bundling strategies.
- Analyze customer usage data, purchase behavior, and revenue trends to identify pricing opportunities.
- Build and maintain financial models to assess the impact of pricing changes and scenarios.
- Translate data insights into actionable pricing strategies that drive growth and customer satisfaction.
- Work with product, marketing, and sales teams to align pricing strategies with go-to-market efforts.
- Partner with finance and analytics teams to ensure accurate reporting and forecasting of pricing-related metrics.
- Collaborate with customer success teams to gather feedback on pricing effectiveness and areas for improvement.
- Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and customer preferences to adapt pricing strategies as needed.
- Design and execute pricing experiments (e.g., A/B tests) to validate assumptions and optimize performance.
- Evaluate the impact of discounts, subscriptions, and promotions to maximize customer acquisition and retention.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on pricing performance and recommend actionable changes.
- Develop dashboards and reports to track the effectiveness of pricing initiatives.
