Responsibilities:
- Efficiently triaging internal tickets and escalating urgent requests.
- Owning and resolving task-oriented issues escalated to the team.
- Identifying and verifying bugs, partnering with Engineering to resolve them.
- Developing technical expertise of the Grow platform and features.
- Collaborating to discover and share product insights, analyzing customer trends and issues.
- Collaborating with teams to document solutions to common customer pain points.
