Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in revenue operations, sales enablement, or related roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and operational efficiency in a high-growth environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a focus on coaching and development.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales enablement tools.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and optimize revenue operations processes to support scaling and efficiency across marketing, sales, and all revenue-producing roles.
• Collaborate with the CEO, CRO, CFO, and other senior leaders to align revenue operations with overall business objectives.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and support business growth.
• Develop ad-hoc analytic reports for senior management and oversee the creation of dashboards to monitor performance.
• Utilize business intelligence for actionable insights and foster cross-functional partnerships to enhance customer success.
