Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in product management, focused on mobile apps (iOS and Android).
• Proven track record of launching and growing freemium mobile applications.
• Deep understanding of mobile app development lifecycle and monetization strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with app analytics (e.g., Firebase, Google Analytics).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Experience in an Agile development environment.
• Passion for creating user-centric mobile experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and champion the product vision, strategy and roadmap for freemium mobile apps.
• Conduct in-depth market research to identify opportunities in the freemium mobile landscape.
• Define key metrics for user acquisition, engagement, retention and monetization.
• Collaborate with marketing for user acquisition campaigns.
• Refine the freemium model, including pricing strategies and in-app purchases.
• Design A/B tests to optimize conversion rates and engagement.
• Analyze user behavior and app performance for improvement.
• Translate user needs into detailed product specifications.
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog for alignment with goals.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams.
• Lead the ideation and launch of new features for mobile apps.
• Stay informed about mobile technology trends and best practices.
• Mentor junior product managers.
