Requirements:
- 4+ years in a Technical Pre-Sales or Sales Engineering role, or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in DevOps, IT operations, security, cloud, microservices, containers, and scheduling platforms.
- Experience with implementing software products in large enterprise companies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to analyze technical problems and develop solutions.
- Experience in a dynamic team environment and cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to travel as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to accounts, technical teams, and business stakeholders throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Exhibit strong communication skills to influence decisions through presentations, demos, and workshops.
- Guide customers through a value realization journey aligned with strategic priorities.
- Demonstrate the business value of solutions in solving customer problems.
- Participate in customer activities such as QBRs and advanced roadmap sessions.
- Drive expansion within current product lines and promote multi-product solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for customer success.
- Provide authoritative guidance on DevOps concepts.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the HashiCorp portfolio and competitive landscape.
