Requirements:
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 2-3 years in a sales leadership role, preferably in SaaS.
- Proven track record of exceeding personal and team quotas in competitive markets.
- Experience working across diverse European and ROW markets, with a strong understanding of regional nuances.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and inspire sales teams to achieve high performance.
- Strong ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competition to inform strategies.
- Highly organized and data-driven, with experience managing sales pipelines and forecasts to align with company objectives.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales enablement tools.
Responsibilities:
- Foster a high-performance, highly accountable sales culture to achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets.
- Coach, manage, and develop Account Executives to identify and address skill gaps, providing ongoing training and support.
- Own and manage a personal sales quota while supporting AEs in strategic accounts and high-stakes negotiations.
- Understand market differentiators across Europe and ROW territories, tailoring positioning and messaging for each region.
- Provide feedback to internal teams to refine go-to-market strategies.
- Proactively monitor the sales pipeline and forecasts, adjusting strategies as needed to meet or exceed goals.
- Collaborate with Marketing to align campaigns with regional objectives and Revenue Operations to optimize workflows and tools.
