Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a scrum master, preferably with SAAS applications.
• Familiarity with various software engineering practices, including source control, automated testing, and a task-based workflow.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to effectively present concepts to team members.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects in an early-stage company.
• Exceptional knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, and conflict resolution.
• Strong knowledge of Atlassian products.
• Agile certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily scrum, and sprint retrospectives.
• Develop and maintain communication channels for team updates.
• Guide the team on Agile/Scrum practices.
• Facilitate discussion, decision-making, and conflict resolution.
• Refine and improve story quality to ensure clear business value.
• Manage scope creep while balancing client requests and product roadmap needs.
• Implement strategies to increase productivity and process quality.
• Track agile metrics and uphold sustainable delivery pace.
• Ensure documentation of relevant artifacts.
• Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations like HIPAA.
• Nurture relationships with stakeholders and the Product Owner.
• Collaborate with the Agile Coach and Technology team.
