Senior Solution Engineer

Requirements:

• Background in software sales or pre-sales engineering.
• Sales or pre-sales experience in enterprise, retail, or financial services.
• At least 1-3 years of programming experience with mobile technologies like Swift, Kotlin, React-native, or Flutter.
• Experience and understanding of RESTful, SOAP, and SDK APIs.
• Familiarity with databases such as ElasticSearch or MongoDB.
• Knowledge of IT networking and cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, Firebase, or Azure.
• Strong verbal and written English skills with effective client management abilities.
• Ability to explain complex information clearly to non-technical individuals.
• Flexible, self-motivated, and a team player in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with customers for gathering business requirements and providing technical solutions.
• Assist the sales team with technical proposals and pitches.
• Prepare technical cases and documentation to support sales efforts.
• Provide consultation on product best practices and tech support.
• Coordinate and implement proof-of-concepts and basic training with customers.
• Work closely with professional service and engineering teams for project kick-offs and feedback.
