Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of product management experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of building and scaling digital ecosystems.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Solid understanding of digital platforms and immersive technologies.
• Experience in developer or creator relations.
• Ability to think strategically and translate business goals into actionable plans.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the strategy, design, and execution of the iR Ecosystem and Marketplace.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with the creator and developer communities.
• Define and execute the product roadmap aligned with company strategy.
• Build and manage a high-performing product team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales.
• Continuously assess market trends and customer needs.
• Drive the growth of the marketplace through user acquisition and monetization strategies.
