Requirements:

• Master’s or PhD in Data Science, Biostatistics, Epidemiology, Bioinformatics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working with real-world data in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences consultancy.
• Demonstrated expertise in analyzing insurance claims, EHRs, and genomic data.
• Expertise in at least one statistical programming tool such as R, SAS, or other languages, with SQL proficiency.
• Experience with BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong understanding of data management platforms and clinical trial management systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with large datasets.

Responsibilities:

• Leverage diverse data sources for actionable insights in drug development.
• Lead enrollment modeling using Monte Carlo Simulations.
• Perform statistical modeling including regression and propensity score models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize trial design.
• Develop reports using BI tools for insights and recommendations.
• Ensure high data quality for robust analyses.
