Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end processing of global employee lifecycle transactions.
• Ensure timely resolution of employee and manager inquiries.
• Design and implement a standardized onboarding experience.
• Conduct audits for data accuracy and integrity.
• Maintain the HRIS and optimize processes.
• Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
