Requirements:
- 3–5+ years in customer success, onboarding, or operations, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Experience with SaaS platforms or in the beauty and wellness industry is a plus.
- Deep knowledge of Boulevard’s platform (nice to have), with mandatory proficiency in Excel and strong preference for Salesforce.
- Proven ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams while ensuring they meet performance standards.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High emotional intelligence to navigate complex interpersonal interactions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop a team of 8–10 Onboarding and Migration Specialists.
- Foster a culture of growth, encouraging team initiative and innovation.
- Provide coaching and support for handling customer accounts, especially complex cases.
- Address performance issues constructively and ensure accountability.
- Own team metrics and ensure KPIs are met while driving improvements.
- Serve as a first point of escalation for customer issues and develop strategic solutions.
- Collaborate with various teams to implement process improvements.
