Requirements:
  • 3–5+ years in customer success, onboarding, or operations, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience with SaaS platforms or in the beauty and wellness industry is a plus.
  • Deep knowledge of Boulevard’s platform (nice to have), with mandatory proficiency in Excel and strong preference for Salesforce.
  • Proven ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams while ensuring they meet performance standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop a team of 8–10 Onboarding and Migration Specialists.
  • Foster a culture of growth, encouraging team initiative and innovation.
  • Provide coaching and support for handling customer accounts, especially complex cases.
  • Address performance issues constructively and ensure accountability.
  • Own team metrics and ensure KPIs are met while driving improvements.
  • Serve as a first point of escalation for customer issues and develop strategic solutions.
  • Collaborate with various teams to implement process improvements.
