Responsibilities:

• Field support calls, emails, and chats, while resolving issues and maintaining client relationships.
• Work with account management to train users, provide customizations, and offer product consultations.
• Assist the sales team with product pitches and demos, and conduct trial training calls.
• Identify relevant content for clients and prepare it for sales and account management.
• Provide feedback based on client interactions to guide product development.
