Requirements:
  • 12+ years of proven success in product management, partnerships, or a related leadership role in a high-growth SaaS or tech environment.
  • Strong leadership experience with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to influence go-to-market teams and senior leadership through data-driven insights.
  • Preferred: Experience at a company with revenue greater than $1B.
  • Outstanding ability to act as a thought partner and strategic advisor to executive leaders.
  • Experience influencing cross-functional teams in a complex organization to drive growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Define and execute Sprout’s product and partnership ecosystem strategy, positioning Sprout as a leader in the social media management space.
  • Collaborate closely with key partners to align business goals and deepen product and go-to-market opportunities.
  • Identify and prioritize key integrations that enhance customer workflows.
  • Create and execute on go-to-market strategies for new product offerings driven by partnerships.
  • Develop a long-term vision for the ecosystem by partnering with Product and Revenue leadership.
  • Lead a cross-functional team of Product Managers and Directors of Partnerships to drive product innovation.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture among product, partnerships, sales, and marketing teams.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends to inform product and ecosystem strategy.
  • Take ownership of the partnership lifecycle from commercialization to product delivery.
