Requirements:
- 12+ years of proven success in product management, partnerships, or a related leadership role in a high-growth SaaS or tech environment.
- Strong leadership experience with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities:
- Define and execute Sprout’s product and partnership ecosystem strategy, positioning Sprout as a leader in the social media management space.
- Collaborate closely with key partners to align business goals and deepen product and go-to-market opportunities.
- Identify and prioritize key integrations that enhance customer workflows.
- Create and execute on go-to-market strategies for new product offerings driven by partnerships.
- Develop a long-term vision for the ecosystem by partnering with Product and Revenue leadership.
- Lead a cross-functional team of Product Managers and Directors of Partnerships to drive product innovation.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture among product, partnerships, sales, and marketing teams.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to inform product and ecosystem strategy.
- Take ownership of the partnership lifecycle from commercialization to product delivery.
