Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in teaching computer science or related technical topics at the post-secondary level.
• 4+ years of experience working as a software engineer with demonstrated performance on large projects.
• Proven ability to design, test, and implement innovative instructional strategies.
• Experience conducting instructional experiments and using data-driven insights for refining methods.
• Strong understanding of current trends and practices in the software engineering industry.
• Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration.
• Exceptional communication skills for conveying technical and instructional concepts.
• Ability to navigate a fast-paced environment and drive educational innovation.
• Strong project management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Set the gold standard for instructional excellence by teaching 2-3 classes per year.
• Design and conduct 2-3 innovative instructional experiments per semester.
• Analyze results and present findings to senior leadership, implementing successful instructional methods.
• Ensure instructional content aligns with tech industry needs.
• Establish tracking systems for instructional effectiveness using data analytics.
• Develop scalable instructional models that maintain quality as the program grows.
