Responsibilities:
  • Manage CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
  • Prepare and edit documents, surveys, reports, video announcements, and presentations.
  • Plan and coordinate team meetings, executing post-meeting tasks.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Assist with personal tasks as needed, such as managing appointments.
  • Organize and maintain files and records.
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential issues before they arise.
