Responsibilities:

• Successfully lead customer project teams through a multi-phase implementation project plan.
• Communicate project status, issues, and risks while escalating effectively as appropriate.
• Use effective training techniques to communicate complex ideas in a digestible way.
• Proactively build and monitor customer experience playbooks.
• Maintain expert level understanding of the GoodTime Hire product and recruiting industry.
• Utilize internal tools to track customer plans and results.
• Ensure accurate data entry for customer information.
