Requirements:

• You can sign an alternance or professionnalisation contract.
• You're pursuing a degree in French Labour Law or Social Law.
• You have the right to work 35 hours a week in France.
• You're fluent in French.
• You understand French labour law and collective agreements.
• You possess strong analytical and research skills.
• You are collaborative and value diverse contributions.

Responsibilities:

• Help draft and update employee-related documentation to ensure compliance with French labour law.
• Prepare and organize documentation for audits and Work Council meetings.
• Conduct legal and regulatory research regarding collective agreements in the advertising or marketing sectors.
• Advise HR and operational teams on employment law matters, including hiring and termination.
• Manage legal disputes and employee relations issues, researching precedents and compiling case data.
