• You have successfully completed a degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Architecture or possess a comparable qualification.
• You bring substantial project management experience in construction projects, ideally in renovation or housing.
• You possess very good knowledge of VOB, HOAI, and AHO.
• Willingness to travel within Germany depending on the project.
• You are organized, have a structured work approach, and maintain oversight even in hectic situations.
• Attention to detail and an affinity for numbers and data are essential.
• You negotiate well with partners, possess diplomatic skill, and consider yourself cooperative.
• You enjoy teamwork and are willing to take an active role.

Responsibilities:

• You carry responsibility for the overall success of serial renovation projects.
• You manage complex and innovative renovation construction projects from pre-planning to bidding, awarding, construction supervision, and commissioning.
• Your focus includes managing organization, deadlines, costs, quality, and risks, taking primary responsibility for project success.
• Regular tasks include process planning and control, as well as budget management.
• You collaborate closely with the planning department, procurement, and construction management, serving as the primary contact for clients.
• Proactively identifying and addressing risks is crucial.
• You will identify optimization potentials and share improvement ideas.
