Requirements:

• 6+ years of agency and/or client-side campaign experience as a Senior Art Director.
• Strong skills in design and ideation with a solid portfolio.
• Experience leading a team of designers and inspiring creativity.
• Excellent design craft and copywriting skills.
• Understanding of digital design, product design, and proficiency in Figma.
• Outstanding verbal and visual communication skills.
• Ability to navigate a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

• Elevate Canva's craft and standard for global brand campaigns.
• Tackle complex design and creative challenges.
• Inspire and mentor the creative team.
• Design creative solutions for campaigns in collaboration with product and motion teams.
