Senior Sales Development Representative- Mid-Market

Requirements:

• 5+ years of outbound calling experience, preferably in cybersecurity, technology, or SaaS solutions.
• Familiarity with the VAR/reseller community.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity solutions, including endpoint security.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Experience using Salesforce and sales engagement tools (LinkedIn, Outreach, Sales Navigator, etc.).

Responsibilities:

• Outbound prospect Internal IT Departments and Value-Added Resellers (100-3000 employees) by phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Establish trust and rapport with VARs via direct communication to learn about their solutions and customer profile.
• Collaborate to create outbound prospecting strategies for VARs and Mid-Market IT Departments.
• Develop and manage a contact and opportunity pipeline with timely follow-ups.
• Work closely with the Account Executive team to set up demos and assist in closing deals.
• Meet and exceed sales quotas on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Maintain accurate prospect and opportunity data in Salesforce.
