• Strong fundamentals in computer science and practical applications.
• Proficiency in NodeJS, TypeScript, and web stacks.
• Familiarity with scalable application design principles.
• Knowledge of event-driven architecture and automated testing best practices.
• Experience in mentoring and promoting a growth-focused culture.

Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional teams in the conceptualization and implementation of complex features and services.
• Stay 50% hands-on to maintain engineering skills.
• Mentor and provide career guidance to engineers.
• Collaborate to develop a long-term vision for engineering practices and tooling.
• Lead teams to deliver products, features, and services with updates and timeline estimates.
• Participate in hiring including screening and interviewing.
• Assist support and operations in resolving production issues.
• Conduct 1:1s and performance discussions.
• Develop high-performance applications with secure and efficient code.
• Recommend and implement improvements to processes and technologies.
