Proven experience in LinkedIn marketing and cold email outreach, preferably in a B2B context.

Strong written communication skills with ability to create compelling outreach messages.

Experience with outreach automation tools and CRM management.

Proficient in analyzing data to measure campaign effectiveness and refine strategies.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Self-motivated with excellent time management skills.

Collaborative team player who can also take initiative independently.

Knowledge of LinkedIn best practices and email deliverability standards is a plus.

Availability to work during UK business hours is a MUST.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute outreach strategies across LinkedIn and cold email to generate leads.

Research and identify target audiences to ensure effective outreach.

Create personalized messaging for both channels to maximize engagement and response rates.

Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to enhance results.
