• 10+ years of software product management experience, preferably focusing on metrics and data products.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a relevant field, MBA is a plus.
• Experience writing functional specifications and product briefs.
• Experience conducting user research and understanding data structures.
• Strong knowledge of machine learning concepts and data science workflows.
• Proven experience in defining and tracking data metrics.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively.
• Client-facing experience with a focus on understanding customer needs.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch data-driven products.
• Create clear documentation for product features, including use cases and data flows.
• Act as key contact for data product updates, maintaining stakeholder communication.
• Develop product strategy and roadmaps in alignment with business goals.
• Define and implement KPIs for data-driven decision-making.
• Gather client feedback and ensure products meet user needs and expectations.
• Manage the entire product development lifecycle, identifying risks and ensuring timely delivery.
• Stay updated on trends in data analytics and incorporate insights into product strategy.
