Requirements:

Guide the organization on permissible activities for 501(c)(3) and 501(c)(4) entities while maximizing impact.
Develop strategies to mitigate legal risks in political operations and advocacy.
Advise on legal implications of political tactics including digital organizing and social media engagement.
Provide counsel on political and legislative issues impacting Movement Labs.
Engage in proactive legal strategy to advance Movement Labs' agenda.
Monitor legal developments affecting operations and recommend strategic responses.
Collaborate with leadership to ensure legal feasibility of new initiatives.
