Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in analytics or data engineering.
• At least 5 years in a leadership role directing high-performing teams.
• Experience managing agile teams with data professionals.
• Broad understanding of cross-functional analytics needs.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Deep expertise in advanced analytics techniques and tools.
• Strong knowledge of modern data architecture and cloud-based solutions like Snowflake.
• Experience with AI and machine learning applications.
• Understanding of emerging GenAI technologies.
• Strong understanding of data governance and compliance.
