Requirements:

• 4-7 years of product management or product ownership experience, with a focus on integrations.
• Strong experience in integration management, particularly with API integration and managing external partnerships.
• Proven ability to solve integration challenges in ambiguous situations.
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration to deliver complex products.
• Strong analytical skills to inform decisions based on data and customer feedback.
• Ability to independently drive initiatives and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of user experience principles related to integrations.
• Self-motivated and autonomous.

Responsibilities:

• Own Jobber’s Agency Integration Program: Lead and drive the Agency Integration Program, ensuring high throughput, quality, and measurable impact of integrations.
• Define Agency Selection Process: Partner with key stakeholders to define and refine Jobber’s Agency selection criteria and processes.
• Surface Integration Gaps: Work closely with Product Groups to identify key integration gaps and prioritize opportunities.
• Manage Integration Pipeline & Roadmap: Maintain and prioritize a pipeline of integrations, ensuring alignment with Jobber’s product strategy.
• Partner with Internal Teams for Scoping: Collaborate with design and engineering teams to scope integration builds.
• Collaborate with Partnerships and Marketing Teams: Align with Partnership teams on partner deliverables and go-to-market strategies.
• Measure and Communicate Results: Regularly communicate key results of the Agency Integration Program to stakeholders.
• Continuous Improvement & Process Optimization: Evaluate and improve processes to enhance efficiency.
• Drive Roadmap for New Functionality and Bug Fixes: Maintain a roadmap for bugs and new features for existing integrations.
• Define Integration Standards: Establish design standards to prioritize user experience across integrations.
