Requirements:

Responsibilities:
  • Own Jobber’s Agency Integration Program: Lead and drive the Agency Integration Program, ensuring high throughput, quality, and measurable impact of integrations.
  • Define Agency Selection Process: Partner with key stakeholders to define and refine Jobber’s Agency selection criteria and processes.
  • Surface Integration Gaps: Work closely with Product Groups to identify key integration gaps and prioritize opportunities.
  • Manage Integration Pipeline & Roadmap: Maintain and prioritize a pipeline of integrations, ensuring alignment with Jobber’s product strategy.
  • Partner with Internal Teams for Scoping: Collaborate with design and engineering teams to scope integration builds.
  • Collaborate with Partnerships and Marketing Teams: Align with Partnership teams on partner deliverables and go-to-market strategies.
  • Measure and Communicate Results: Regularly communicate key results of the Agency Integration Program to stakeholders.
  • Continuous Improvement & Process Optimization: Evaluate and improve processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Drive Roadmap for New Functionality and Bug Fixes: Maintain a roadmap for bugs and new features for existing integrations.
  • Define Integration Standards: Establish design standards to prioritize user experience across integrations.
