FP&A Lead

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance and accounting.
• At least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong background in financial planning & analysis (FP&A).
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Extensive experience in financial reporting and accounting operations.
• Proficiency with accounting software (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and FP&A tools (Hyperion, Adaptive Insights).
• Experience in leading audits and compliance with financial regulations (SOX, GAAP).
• Strong knowledge of financial principles and accounting standards.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial models and projections to evaluate business performance.
• Perform variance analysis and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare and present financial reports, including profit and loss and cash flow analysis.
• Support strategic decision-making with financial insights.
• Manage preparation of financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial records.
• Lead internal controls efforts and monitor compliance with financial regulations.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and operational efficiency.
• Mentor a team of accounting and finance professionals.
• Foster a collaborative team culture and enhance team members' skills.
