Requirements:
  • Background in Information Technology and experience working with APIs.
  • Experience of requirements gathering and user story creation.
  • Experience of planning, facilitating, and leading workshops and meetings.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining a prioritized backlog of user stories for implementation.
  • Working with stakeholders to determine priorities for product development cycles.
  • Ensuring engineers understand the product vision and are designing robust features.
  • Writing detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for product features.
  • Acting as an ambassador for the product and primary contact for queries from Sales, Projects, and Operations.
  • Ensuring successful and timely product releases with stakeholders.
  • Running requirements acceptance and backlog prioritization sessions with stakeholders.
  • Contributing to the mid/long term product vision and direction.
  • Inspecting Sprint outcomes to ensure deliverables match expectations.
  • Supporting engineers during sprint cycles and being the voice of the customer.
  • Seeking out improvements to ways of working.
