Requirements:

Responsibilities:
  • Making phone calls to salons that have purchased a Booksy for Business subscription to schedule their onboarding into the system.
  • Conducting remote onboarding sessions for salons into the features of Booksy for Business and monitoring their progress.
  • Activating salons to ensure their Booksy profiles attract customers to book as many online appointments as possible.
  • Providing salons with information about how Booksy for Business and Booksy for Customers work and their functionalities.
  • Providing salons with information regarding subscriptions, invoices, and payments.
  • Proposing solutions tailored to the needs of salons within the capabilities offered by Booksy.
