Responsibilities:

• Act as subject matter expert for India.
• Oversee all operational processes and reporting.
• Ensure timely and accurate statutory and third-party payments.
• Monitor and implement regulatory changes.
• Maintain country knowledge pages.
• Experience in accounting/reconciliations.
• Focus on KPIs and SLAs.
• Mentor and support payroll specialists.
• Work with internal teams for platform improvements.
