Requirements:
  • Demonstrated progressive sales leadership experience.
  • Consistently achieved bookings targets exceeding $10m in IACV.
  • Experience leading field sales teams using MEDDPICC or similar sales methodology.
  • Experience selling multi-million dollar deals to Fortune 500 companies both as an individual contributor and as a leader.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance objectives.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation systems such as Salesforce, Clari, Marketo.
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and changing situations effectively.
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent presentation and executive-level communication skills.
  • Experience coaching and developing Sales representatives and managers.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
Responsibilities:
  • Works closely with the VP, Commercial to develop and operationalize strategies for new customer acquisition.
  • Focuses on selling into new customer accounts within the Mid Market segment (100 to 4000 employees globally).
  • Develops and executes strategies for expanding the client base within the territory.
  • Recruits and hires top talent for the team and engages a pipeline of future hires.
  • Manages a team of Account Executives, fostering a positive team environment.
  • Responsible for maintaining and growing accounts while converting new accounts at acceptable margins.
  • Forecasts bookings by territory accurately.
  • Engages with Channels, Customer Success, Marketing, and Sales resources as necessary during the sales process.
  • Maintains close contact with assigned accounts and develops strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Utilizes advanced product knowledge to develop customized proposals.
