Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience designing enterprise grade software for large organizations.
• Familiarity with designing complete workflows and North Star Vision Designs.
• Domain knowledge in DevSecOps and familiarity with the security ‘Shift Left’ movement.
• Experience fostering collaboration across multiple product teams.
• Experience conducting research and strong decision-making skills.
• Experience with the Jobs-to-be-Done/ODI framework.
• Strong visual design skills, balancing design system and unique components.

Responsibilities:

• Design a holistic approach enabling AppSec and Dev teams to define security rules and manage risk.
• Build an all-in-one Vulnerability Management platform.
• Communicate designs through wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs.
• Develop hypotheses and success metrics to test features.
• Undertake usability testing to validate designs.
• Contribute to the Design System alongside the UX team.
