Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience with Sabre GDS, specifically in booking and ticketing.
• Excellent written English communication skills.
• Familiarity with task management tools (e.g., Asana) and data input on Google Sheets.
• Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize during chaotic times.
• Detail-oriented and flexible, with a willingness to grow with the company.

Responsibilities:

• Book flights and manage ticketing for clients using Sabre GDS, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Monitor flights that are already booked for price drops and successfully execute on rebooking to improve profitability for the company.
• Update and confirm itineraries, seat assignments, and frequent flier numbers, and manage any other booking-related requests.
• Respond to inquiries from GDS queues within service level agreements (SLAs), ensuring prompt and clear communication.
• Support the team in improving processes and identifying potential enhancements to booking procedures.
