Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture (additional experience in food manufacturing can substitute for a degree).
Minimum of 3 years in manufacturing, with food manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
Proficiency in engineering design principles.
Advanced AutoCAD skills with attention to detail and the ability to conceptualize designs.
Familiarity with P&ID and GA layouts, strong learning agility, and flexibility.
Ability to travel extensively and adapt to a demanding schedule.

Responsibilities:

Create and maintain detailed technical drawings for equipment, materials, workflows, and processes across multiple production facilities.
Analyze schematics and blueprints for compliance with company standards and quality regulations.
Collaborate with engineering teams during project meetings to review designs and assist with equipment/material selection.
Develop and manage a robust technical documentation system.
Support project managers and senior engineers in capital projects, address operational challenges, and participate in capital planning.
