Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of drone technology, public safety operations, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically in high-pressure situations.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build relationships with clients.
  • Willingness to travel frequently and adapt to varying schedules based on client needs.
  • Part 107 Certificate at time of start.
  • Ability to lift 60 lbs unaided.
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with our Nation’s largest Public Safety agencies to understand their needs and develop tailored drone solutions as a trusted expert.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and ensure the smooth integration of technology into customer agency operations and existing data management systems.
  • Assist with the coordination and provide technical support for 'early access' pilot programs of Skydio products.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product improvements and enhancements.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to support the development and execution of customer projects, including the development of Customer Success Plans.
