• Bachelor's degree, or higher, in a STEM field.
• 10 or more years of work experience in business development and project leadership.
• 5 or more years of experience in the agricultural industry.
• 5 or more years developing and leading stage-gate innovation pipeline frameworks.
• Proven ability to manage and empower high-performing technical teams.
• Experience managing fast-paced projects with ambiguity.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of 4-5 employees responsible for sustainability projects in agricultural systems.
• Collaborate with IT and Tech to establish functional business and technology requirements.
• Work with standards experts on protocols for emissions quantification.
• Determine financial models with marketing for projects and programs.
• Engage farmers for project enrollment and facilitate sales enablement for commercial programs.
• Optimize development processes for project assessment and scaling.
