Requirements:

• Solid technical background in professional drone applications and sUAS operations.
• Relevant experience in SLED focused sUAS operations.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Proven record of implementing new technologies for diverse clients.
• Familiarity with FAA regulations for SLED UAS operations.
• At least 2 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Mandatory possession of a Part 107 Certificate.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time.

Responsibilities:

• Foster understanding of SLED customer needs and key success metrics.
• Orchestrate tailored product demonstrations and field trials.
• Independently handle system demonstrations including setup, operation, and troubleshooting.
• Lead system validation and customer implementation processes.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in sUAS operations.
• Assist in crafting technical documentation responses.
• Act as a voice of the customer to influence product development.
