Requirements:

• 3+ years of fullstack engineering experience, with a focus on front-end and a passion for growth.
• Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization principles, funnel analytics, and user behavior.
• Demonstrated experience in A/B testing and multivariate testing for web and mobile applications.
• Proficiency with JavaScript frameworks (React, Next.js) and familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar).
• Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify actionable insights.
• Collaborative, detail-oriented, and a proactive problem-solver.

Responsibilities:

• Lead CRO efforts for the website, sign-up flows, and critical touch points within the product.
• Design, develop, and implement A/B tests and multivariate experiments to understand user behavior and improve conversion rates.
• Develop landing pages and dynamic content experiences to personalize user interactions.
• Analyze data and report on findings, using insights to inform rapid iterations and future tests.
• Collaborate with design and marketing to create high-converting user journeys based on different ICPs.
• Use tools like Next.js, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, analytics, and testing platforms to create conversion-focused pages.
