• No need for prior customer service experience - just a desire to learn.
• Comfortable with computers and multitasking.
• Good listening, problem solving and relationship-building abilities.
• Willing to relocate to Greece at the company's expense.

• Answer questions and resolve issues for customers via phone, email and chat.
• Use CRM tools to manage and track issues efficiently.
