Sales Lead (English)

Requirements:

• Proven track record in sales, preferably in the staffing or virtual assistant industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Results-driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Own a laptop or Desktop (8GB RAM, Core i5 or above) with an internet connection of at least 10mbps.
• Willing to work on Pacific Standard Time (PST) schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels, including LinkedIn, email campaigns, and networking events.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
• Conduct consultations with prospective clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Maintain an organized and updated sales pipeline using CRM tools, tracking leads from prospecting to closure.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
• Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns.
