Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in a senior commercial role within the IT sector, particularly in Web3 or blockchain technologies.
• A strong track record of developing successful B2B and B2C sales structures across international markets.
• Demonstrated creativity and initiative in identifying and implementing effective sales management tools.
• Full English language proficiency, as well as Russian language fluency.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee comprehensive strategies and operational processes for sales initiatives.
• Craft a go-to-market strategy for the current product, emphasizing its unique value proposition.
• Manage budgeting processes and contribute to pricing strategy development.
• Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and finance teams.
• Lead high-level negotiations with top management and present product offerings effectively.
• Supervise document management and ensure efficient reporting processes.
