Requirements:

• 100% Excellent English, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in real estate appraisals or banking.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Minimum 10 years experience in a relevant risk management or valuation environment.
• Registered and Sworn Valuer for at least 10 years.
• Experience with Costar preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams is preferred.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, proactive approach, and strong work ethic.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Research local real estate markets and identify and confirm sales and rental data.
• Assist appraisers with aspects of completing valuation assignments.
• Review inspection reports to ensure quality.
• Act as the point of contact for report issues.
• Manage assistants to ensure proper workflow.
• Identify, report, manage, and resolve critical issues.
• Meet deadlines and adhere to production and quality standards.
• Review internal and external valuations.
• Develop internal valuations for small to medium-sized businesses.
• Assist with other projects and duties as assigned.
