Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for non-technology & product roles.

  • Maintain data accuracy in the Applicant Tracking System throughout the recruitment process.
  • Analyze pipeline data to generate insights and improve hiring strategies.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to foster collaboration.
