• Ability to build sustainable recruitment pipelines for forecasting.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for non-technology & product roles.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify, attract & nurture top talent.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to identify candidate strengths and advise hiring managers.
• Maintain data accuracy in the Applicant Tracking System throughout the recruitment process.
• Analyze pipeline data to generate insights and improve hiring strategies.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to foster collaboration.
