Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment hiring for GTM, Marketing, and Product.
  • At least 1 year of in-house experience with a successful track record in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience in direct recruitment and specifically sourcing and recruiting for an enterprise sales team is essential.
  • Knowledge of and experience working in the Blockchain or Crypto space is required.
  • Familiarity with Greenhouse ATS is a significant advantage.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks, pivot as necessary, and meet deadlines.
  • Creativity in finding top talent and strong storytelling abilities.
Responsibilities:
  • Partner with GTM team hiring managers across multiple departments to set a roadmap and hiring plan for active positions.
  • Develop targeted sourcing strategies for a high-volume workload and proactively build a robust pipeline of diverse talent.
  • Create and update job descriptions and maintain a clean Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Work with the Recruiting Coordinator to ensure effective communication regarding candidate scheduling.
  • Maintain relationships with third-party vendors and agencies.
