  • Check the Report board weekly, coordinate with Campaign Managers to ensure reports are completed timely.
  • Review Work Breakdown Structures for budget accuracy and campaign details.
  • Participate in weekly Delivery calls and ensure learning sessions occur monthly.
  • Monitor Agreements board daily and address issues on the HubSpot Creator thread.
  • Ensure timely upload of campaign assets to TikTok Creators Exchange Program.
  • Support onboarding and training of new Campaign Managers on Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Act as a point of escalation during client calls, providing clarity and solutions.
  • Update Pod metrics into the Delivery Weekly Call Agenda.
  • Identify and support the implementation of new processes to enhance campaign delivery.
  • Manage as a campaign manager during peak workloads.
