Requirements:
  • Fluency in English with strong public speaking skills.
  • Minimum 5 years of digital influencer marketing experience in a project management or delivery lead role.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Monday.com, HubSpot, and Slack.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with familiarity in TikTok and influencer marketing.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to Campaign Managers (CMs) by reviewing assets, creator lists, and drafting complex emails.
  • Check the Report board weekly and ensure reports are completed timely, coordinating with CMs via Slack.
  • Review Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) for budget accuracy, particularly on talent costs.
  • Participate in weekly Delivery calls to plan learning sessions.
  • Monitor the Agreements board and proactively communicate issues.
  • Ensure timely upload of campaign assets to the TikTok Creators Exchange Program (TTCX).
  • Support onboarding and training of new CMs.
  • Act as a point of escalation during client calls for issue resolution.
  • Update Pod metrics in the Delivery Weekly Call Agenda.
  • Identify new processes to streamline campaign delivery.
  • Manage campaigns during high workload periods.
