Requirements:

• 100% Excellent English, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in real estate appraisals, real estate, or banking.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a risk management or valuation environment.
• Registered and Sworn Valuer for at least 10 years.
• Experience in Costar is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required; Teams experience preferred.
• Positive attitude, proactive approach, and strong work ethic.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Research local real estate markets and confirm sales and rental data.
• Assist appraisers with valuation assignments.
• Review inspection reports for quality assurance.
• Act as the point of contact for report issues.
• Manage assistants to ensure workflow.
• Identify and resolve critical issues.
• Meet deadlines and adhere to production and quality standards.
• Review internal and external valuations of small to medium-sized businesses.
• Develop internal valuations on small to medium-sized businesses.
• Assist analysts with valuation assignments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
