Requirements:

• An Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• Physician recruitment experience in a Healthcare/Insurance setting or equivalent transferable skill set.
• Business experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting is preferred.
• Working knowledge of physician networks, recruitment, and medical specialties.
• General knowledge of State and Federal compliance guidelines.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills are required.
• Critical thinking ability and efficient time management are essential.
• Computer literacy and typing skills are mandatory.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain physician panel including updating profiles, fees, and deactivating/reactivating physicians.
• Negotiate agreement terms and assist with onboarding new physicians based on client needs.
• Obtain necessary paperwork, work with the Director of Operations, and assist physician reviewers.
• Source and fulfill open service requests for urgent recruitment, providing daily updates on efforts.
