Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree with a focus in business, health care, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in health plan management or a medical/mental health call center.
• Familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and telephone systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong typing ability.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Oversight of daily operations and collaboration with intake and operations leaders.
• Conduct routine quality assessments and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Foster team engagement and communication through meetings and recognition programs.
• Analyze KPIs and introduce quality assurance protocols.
• Develop strategies for issue resolution and improvement of processes.
